Your Sales Consultant and Construction Superintendent will guide you through the construction process.  And after you close on your home, your Customer Care representatives will meet with you personally and, if needed, attend to anything that needs attention.  We don’t outsource our Customer Care function to a contractor – we handle it ourselves with our own employees.
